1. About these terms
This website is run by Moxxin Wallets ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
3. Prices, currency and payment
You can choose your country and currency using the button at the top of the website. Prices in other currencies are converted automatically and may change as exchange rates change. The final price, shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fees. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (for example, because of a pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if we do.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders and are paid by you unless shown as paid at checkout.

7. Our content
The Moxxin name, logo, photos and text belong to us. Please do not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays outside our control such as carrier delays. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This does not take away any consumer rights you have where you live.
