Only what we need to run the shop:

- Payment details: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: your name, email and message when you contact us.
- Website usage: your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Account details: if you create an account, your login and order history.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order and handle refunds.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal and tax requirements.
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, and email and support tools. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information is stored
Shopify and our other providers may store and process your information in other countries, including the United States and Canada. We only use providers that protect your information.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it, including the time the law requires us to keep order and tax records. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the relevant authorities.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by GDPR and UK GDPR, such as objecting to or restricting how we use your data. Email moxxinwallets.support@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Complaints
Contact us first and we will look into it. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to your local privacy regulator.
Children
Our shop is not for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
