Refund Policy

Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your wallet arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what we described, email moxxinwallets.support@gmail.com with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will repair it, replace it or refund you. If we approve a return, we will send you the return address and cover the reasonable cost of sending it back.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong colour.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
