We ship worldwide. Your shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and your order could take longer because of delays outside our control (see below). If your order is late, email us with your order number and we will help track it.

Possible delays

Your order may take longer than 14 days if:

• Customs: your parcel is held for inspection or clearance in your country.
• Carrier delays: the delivery company has problems, such as high parcel volumes, strikes or lost scanning.
• Busy periods: orders placed around sales events and holidays (like Black Friday, Christmas and New Year) usually take longer.
• Weather and natural events: storms, floods, fires or other disruptions affect delivery routes.
• Remote locations: deliveries to rural or hard-to-reach areas can take extra time.
• Address problems: the address is wrong, incomplete, or nobody is available to receive the parcel.
• Public holidays and flight availability: international flights and local holidays can slow things down.

Customs, duties and taxes

Your country may charge import duties, taxes or clearance fees. Unless shown as paid at checkout, these are your responsibility and are charged by the carrier or customs, not by us.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge to send it again.
